Emilie Ricciardi is a music industry professional, artist manager, musician, and creative strategist with a proven track record across artist development, label services, event production, and content marketing. She is the founder of Not Your Mamma’s Music (NYMM). Emilie and NYMM are based in NJ and NYC.

A Recording Academy Professional Member and part of the GRAMMY® Class of 2024, Emilie brings a deep understanding of today’s music ecosystem—pairing data-driven insights with a human-first approach to artist careers. Her clients have included emerging and legacy acts alike, and her work spans multiple genres, platforms, and cities.

Emilie holds a Master's degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music and she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from Marist College, where she also minored in Music and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

At NYMM, Emilie manages a select roster of rising talent including Allie Dunn, Jake Marsh, and Retrograded, while producing writer’s rounds, live showcases, and industry events in collaboration with JBL Soho, Sparta Distribution, and Pop Hang NYC.

She also serves as a Senior Contributor for Ink on Indy, where she covers the Indiana Fever and Caitlin Clark, bringing her love of storytelling and women’s sports to a broader audience.
